Food and service are great! The building is an old gas station. But it's not about the building. It's about the food... and we love it! There's a lot of outdoor seating. Only 5 tables inside, and a large bar.
I love this place. It's well run by staff and owners that care about how they're doing their jobs and your experience here. The food is basic but delicious. Hamburgers and sides are delicious and the shrimp wrap is delicious. Oysters are always cold and perfect. The owners hang there hat on presenting the best raw oysters in the Panhandle of Florida. Have eaten at Cooters probably 10 times. Burgers are fantastic and best fries around. Just wish they were closer to Shell Point.Very friendly staff and if you haven’t eaten there you are missing out.
