Irene and Katie were the best, great service and great breakfast. Despite the square plates. Met Tina at the festival and couldn't be happier with our decision to get breakfast at the shack. Highly recommended when visiting the area...

This review is for the coffee trailer @ Me dart across from Rocky's.
Overall pretty expensive. I just wanted some coffee, but how is drip coffee $3.50? So then I saw an extra espresso shot was $1.50 so I thought I would just get a shot. The person making the coffee said, "oh we can only do a double shot for for $3.50." I said, "that's fine." Then they asked hot or iced and not thinking (tired hence the coffee) I said whatever is faster. Then they poured my coffee in like 20 seconds. Another person came up and they were getting helped while I paid. I had to leave quickly so I only tasted my coffee after I was a ways down the road. It tasted day-old drip and slightly soapy.

The Shack of St. Marks is my ?? go to brunch spot. Their food is absolutely delicious and the coffee ☕️ selection is amazing! The Shack is comforting & cozy and it has a wonderful vibe. The staff is extremely friendly & very welcoming. Some of my personal favorites are “The Avery Melt” add bacon ? please.. and the “Avocado Toast,” or “The Quiche” of the day. ? Also, don’t forget to add a hot cup of your favorite coffee ☕️ or Specialty Latte. Yummy yum yum. I’ll see y’all again soon! ?

Vegetarian options: The Shack at St. Marks has a big selection of Breakfast, Brunch & Lunch options for Vegetarian’s. All fresh and healthy.

Parking: There are lots of spots to park your vehicle or boat in.

Kid-friendliness: They have games and books to keep the kiddo’s attention ?

Wheelchair accessibility: Definitely wheelchair accessible with large wheelchair parking.

The original owner had a much better take on the quality, assembly, and delivery of food. I'm hoping the new owners are just trying to get in the swing of things, and it will go back to the amazing deliciousness it once was.

Bad customer service- we immediately encountered a rude cashier, she looked miserable, acted miserable- they were out of avocado and we were not informed when ordering an Avocado sandwich. Rude when asking where chips were located at as we had never visited this place before, she simply pointed her finger in a direction, did not speak hardly at all. We waited 50 minutes for 2 cold and very small sandwiches, said they forgot to bring the sandwiches out to us, my boyfriend said he saw the sandwich boxes sitting on counter for 26 minutes that ended up being our order, chicken salad sandwich had maybe a tablespoon of chicken salad on the entire sandwich. was $29. Will not/ do not recommend this place. I will say their bread was pretty decent and the place itself was cute inside, and the older lady (possibly the owner) was very nice and she was the one that just happen to mention they were out of avocado when we were trying to talk to the cashier and the lady started talking to us.

The accommodations were absolutely amazing—everything was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring I had a restful night's sleep every night of my stay.

What truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by Tina. She went above and beyond to make my stay perfect, even offering complimentary breakfast and coffee the following morning of our stay. The coffee shop downstairs was a gem, serving the most delightful coffee and breakfast, all fresh and incredibly tasty.

I highly recommend "The Shack at St. Marks" to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay. Tina's hospitality and the fantastic amenities made my visit truly special. I can't wait to return!

To be honest to place use to be one of my favorite spots . Wife and I use to go for a motorcycle ride and stop in to get a snack/coffee . The old owners were amazing love the atmosphere. The food /drink service was always a bit slower than my liking but it was worth the wait . Now with the new owners I’ve try to give it more than a few chances. The food and drinks now take longer to serve and now it’s not even worth the wait . Coffee was super watery even with an extra shot of espresso. wife and I didn’t even finish the coffees. we decided just to go else where. . This place lost my business which is unfortunate since it’s was a beautiful ride /cute little shop.

So it took forever to get a black coffee a Bagel and a fruit cup and I was the only customer. The girls would not stop talking to each other and apparently you can't do things and talk at the same time. They kept stopping cutting up my fruit to gossip every 2 seconds. Like I'm not joking when I say that a 3 min job took over 20 min. Idk if I'll be back ?

Visited The Shack on Monday morning for the first time! The Shack is a delightful family-owned gem located in St. Marks. It has such a warm atmosphere and decor! We were welcomed by several staff members as we ordered a delicious cup of coffee and browsed the surprisingly varied menu. The delicious food came to the table quickly with a nice presentation and was served hot. In addition to being a great little coffee shop, The Shack also sells wine and beer as well as some on the go necessitates!! IA great place to hang out, read and relax while having great coffee! Will be back for sure!
