We thoroughly enjoyed the camel rider sandwich as well as the love bug latte. Very welcoming and cozy atmosphere, I’m really glad we stopped by, the coffee and food are great, we will definitely be making this a regular stop when passing through the area. :)Parking: Plenty of parking spots close to the building, no stairs, easily accessible

I have to update the review, service is really bad , it take an hour to prepare a single bagel with egg, quality not good , it looks like new administration but reallly awful service.. The cashier have not idea about customer service. ?Parking: The only thing thing that worth it.

The food was fresh. Club sandwich was tasty, albeit not a lot of turkey or cheese (but a good serving of avocado). The bread was toasted nicely. My husband enjoyed the Cuban sandwich. Two sandwiches and a glass of tea was $24. The lady in the kitchen, who I heard someone say was the new owner, was very nice and gave plenty of smiles. The young lady behind the register, not so much. She was very cold and just not welcoming at all. Stone-faced the whole time. If you’re in the area, it’s a nice little spot. But I wouldn’t go out of my way again.

Found this place during a road trip from Houston to Tampa, and it is definitely worth a visit! I got a “lighthouse latte,” which was delicious, and my boyfriend got the avocado toast, which he really enjoyed. They do one slice sweet and one slice savory, and both versions were delicious! The owner was such a kind woman, and gave us a good recommendation to check out the St. Mark’s lighthouse. She told us she had just taken over management October 1st, so I can only see this place getting better with such a welcoming staff. Don’t miss this awesome coffee spot!
