I love Larry’s!!!!!!!!!! Been coming here for years and never had a problem! The service is also is amazing and so many options!!!!!!!!💖💖💖💖💖💖

We were excited to stop by for some ice cream, but unfortunately the experience left a bad taste. After being served, we went to pay and were told the card readers were down — something we were not informed of beforehand. We patiently waited as the staff attempted to fix the issue, trying the machine multiple times while they waited to hear back from the owner or manager over the phone.

We were then asked to go to an ATM, but we didn’t have a debit card on us. I own a small business myself, and I believe it’s the business’s responsibility to inform customers before they order if payment systems are down — not after. What made it even worse was hearing the poor employee offer to pay for our order out of her own pocket. That should never happen.

We ended up scrounging together $14 in cash and sent the rest via Venmo, but the whole process was uncomfortable and mishandled. It’s not about the money — it’s about the lack of transparency and professionalism. Very disappointed.

Good ice cream. The ordering is all over the place I think it's because it's commission based or something. Just easier to have an assembly line kinda thing but they grab one person to handle one group then another to grab another. Just weird.

Some of the best homemade ice cream I've ever eaten! We had Rocky Road, Pistachio, and Moose Tracks. All were fantastic! Highly recommend!

Our family gets ice cream and gelato here every year on vacation, always amazing.

Called to see what was available, was particular about previous coconut milk options posted here. Was told they are 'not offering those options at this time.' Saved me a trip 🤷‍♂️ Go to Paciugo instead.

Overrated, bad service, gelato and crepes just okay.

This place has such a charm to it.
There was so much to pick from it was almost overwhelming trying to make a decision.
It never fails me though — they had an expresso flavor (has coffee beans or something in it… 100% recommend).

Whoever Larry is — he chose a great staff. My 4 kids are A LOT to handle sometimes, and the guy that was helping us was so calm and patient; his energy really mellowed me out through all of them talking at the same time.
Each of them picked what they wanted. While I was working on the last, my 4 year old dropped his ice cream on the floor… you know the scene from Lilo and Stitch where the ice cream falls? Yeah… like that. Blue ice cream and everything. My little guy just looked down and goes “oooooh…. Oh no…”. The guy behind the counter was so sweet and got him a new scoop, and put his cone in a cup this time.
Lastly, the seating was gorgeous. It was very relaxed and had lots of things to catch the attention.

I’m definitely going back.

Kid-friendliness: I’d recommend reading my main post. But by far one of the most kid friendly places I’ve been to, and very accommodating to the disasters that come with easily excitable little kids.

This place is a gem. I cannot eat added sugars and they are the only place in the area with no sugar added ice cream, and a huge selection of flavors! My husband got a specialty peanut butter cookie that he said was AMAZING! Staff was also so nice and helpful.
