The restaurant is extremely dirty. The service counters were covered in a sticky substance, visible dirt, and stains. The floors were sticky, and the tables were dirty. This facility is in desperate need of a thorough deep cleaning. When I mentioned this to the girl at the counter, she seemed puzzled and ignored my comments without any response. It seems the employees are accustomed to working in such filth and don't see an issue with it.

This was our first time at this particular McDonalds as we are not from the United States. The restaurant itself was clean, their service is definitely an area that the staff can work on. They didn't give us any dipping sauce despite the fact that we ordered 40 nuggets and once my husband went back up to ask them for some, he was treated as if we were asking for freebies. They ended up giving us just two barbeque sauce. Lol

Stopped for a quick bite. Ordered 2 Sausage Cheese English Muffin Sandwiches for breakfast. There was no wait, customer service with a smile. And compared to Jacksonville prices, what a difference. We will be back!
