Totally smells like an old school European bakery when you walk in. Staff were very friendly. I was a bit surprised at the prices, but the crescents were amazing! I don’t mind being spendy on quality:)
I have been to Austria and this is just like the cakes I had there. Mildly sweet whipped cream cakes. No nasty overly sweet frosting. The baker is originally from Austria and she stayed true to her heritage. Bravo to you for not changing your recipes. Honestly the best dessert I have had in America. Very friendly and kind staff.
I woke up this morning craving a chocolate croissant and it was honestly the most delicious, perfect chocolate croissant I have ever had. Perfect ratio of chocolate and pastry. Easy to hold and eat. Love the powdered sugar as well. Thank you for brightening my morning!
