Faster FAST FOOD service, more friendly staff... Maybe just maybe a smile or two when ordering. Hotter and fresher food, by changing the fryer oil more than every few months. And number one put a stop to the employees hanging out back by the drive-thru smoking what appears to be marijuana cigars and it smells like marijuana.
