Chang Mai is my favorite Thai restaurant in St Pete. They have a huge menu and everything is so good! My favorites are the Lad Na, Spicy Basil, Garlic & Pepper and Spicy Noodles. Give them a try, you'll be glad you did :)

I've been a loyal customer of Chiang Mai for 5 years. Delicious food coupled with amazing value - what's not to love? Get the crispy duck in spicy basil sauce and thank me later!

Short but sweet review: the BEST Thai food with the best staff! We have been patrons here since they opened (and even before that with King and I) and have yet to find the same flavors they have here anywhere across the country and we are avid travelers. We LOVE this restaurant and truly find it to be 5 stars across the board!

This is a great little restaurant with very tasty food. On top of it all, the prices are good too. I recommend giving it a try. I especially like the green curry.

I was so excited to try this place as it looked like it would be an authentic Thai restaurant. My favorite dish is Khao Soi and I asked the waitress upon entering if they had it and she rudely answered, “No we don’t.” It’s ok, I was still excited to try the another dish. She took a while to come back and take our order. I will say, the food was pretty good. However another waitress came and placed the check in front of us and I asked if they had dessert and she abruptly said no. I was confused as I reached over and looked at their menu and saw desserts. Maybe it was because it was almost 10 pm. When we got charged she conveniently charged us almost $4 more... each. For plates that said $8.95 on the menu we got charged $12.80. We said something and she rudely told us to go talk to original waitress who gave us a refund. We didn’t even say thank you. I’m never coming back based on this service. What a shame.

This place is always a sure bet. Great food, great service and reasonable prices. The location is also ideal for people watching on Central. If you haven't tried it, go!

Came here with my friend after we took a wrong exit and ended up in Saint Pete. I had the mixed vegetables with tofu— tofu was crispy and tasted great! Also got a complimentary spring roll and some chicken and rice soup which was nice.Atmosphere is ok.

I get take out Pad Thai here very often as my parents like to hit up the Independent on Friday night for a German beer or two. The food is always excellent, huge portion for very little $, so we always tip extra. Staff is always friendly, even when busy, and almost always beat their estimated wait time considerably. Best Pad Thai town!

Authentic! This is one of the best yellow curries I've ever had. The service was great and efficient. The food came quickly and large portions. At under $9 the price is excellent as well. We will be back.

Everything was so easy here. The menu is easy to read, plenty of options, food came out quickly and tasted amazing. The only thing I could ask for would be more dessert options.
