“My daughter has a cows milk protein allergy, so when it came to getting a smash cake for her first I decided to try Valhalla since they have nailed the vegan goods. One of the BEST cakes I have ever had and many others who tried the cake! We had strawberry frosting with graham cracker cake and it was to die for. They designed it all entirely and I just purchased the “one” candle and moon sign to insert into the cake. Amazing cake , great Service and attention to detail. Even if you are not vegan, this cake was incredible and so moist, again best cake I have ever had and will be ordering for many events to come!“

“The only Dunkin I go to! They know my best friend and I by name and our regular order! Always bright and cheerful! Employees maintain a good attitude, and management is beyond amazing! I’m not even rating this place based on the food — this review is 100% about the customer service. The young man who helped me today (around 1:30 PM) was clearly new, still learning the system, and a little slower… but honestly? He was one of the sweetest, most genuine humans I’ve come across in a long time.
He kept apologizing for the delay, but there was absolutely nothing to apologize for. His kindness, patience, and overall attitude were so refreshing. I was already in a good mood, but he made my day even better. If he keeps that same energy, he’s definitely going places.
It’s rare to see customer service like that anymore. I left with a smile because of HIM.
Amazing job — I hope he sees this and knows he did great. 💗☕✨“

“Went to Starbucks a little further up from them and had abysmal service (wasn't greeted and no one even attempted to take my order - again, Starbucks are so overrated and have major bandwagon appeal)....left after a couple minutes of being ignored. Came to good ole dependable Dunkin (I do patronize them most anyway, they were just a bit further away and I was short on time for my lunch break), was greeted immediately, and had delish pumpkin spice latte made per my request and I was out of there, a satisfied customer, in a jiffy. Love them! Go Dunkin 👏👏👏“

“I've gone to this location several times. Service can get a little slow during busy times but I find this more of a management problem of not properly staffing during peak times. Donuts are best before noon. Coffee is excellent. If getting ice coffee ask them to stir in the desired sugar before adding ice so that the sugar dissolves or use NutraSweet which is a powder and will dissolve in ice.“

“EDIT: Officially editing my review from 7 years ago (Will remain at the bottom) where I gave them 1 star. They have really turned this location around. I've been to hundreds of Dunkin locations all over the country including Massachusetts for 15 years where Dunkin Donuts is the life blood. They have all let me down at some point. Whoever took over this location in the last year or so, or the employees they hired.... Bravo. After 30+ times of doing mobile ordering at 6 am they have not once got my order wrong. It's been the best coffee I've ever had from Dunkin every time. They tell me every day, by name, to have a nice day. They care about their job and it shows. Corporate needs to step up and utilize that staff as an example to other locations.
(Old 1 Star Review,)Been here 10+ times. Don't know why I go back. Unable to make coffee correctly, sandwiches are cold. I've had to turn around after trying my coffee multiple times to bring it back. Sadly it's not just this Dunkin, they all are just as bad.“
