The customer service is horrible! They need to hire a entire new team. Nothing is ever made correctly and the manager stay with a nasty attitude. Waited here 20 minutes this morning only to not be serviced at all she tells the crew to take care of the drive through first while we just stand there and not get serviced. This was my last time here. I have been coming here since I moved to Saint Petersburg (5years ago) and this will be my last
The 34th Street South Dunkin' Donuts is by far the worst! I just went through the drive-thru and my coffee taste like it was on the burner for hours, it literally tastes burnt! I really wish Dunkin' would do something about this store. I won't go back! 😡😡😡
