Einstein Bros. Bagels is a chain restaurant known for its excellent food and service. Customers have praised the delicious bagel sandwiches, such as the 'All Nighter' plain bagel with 2 eggs, and the amazing iced mochas. The staff is friendly, attentive, and often provides real customer service, making customers feel welcomed and valued. The morning crew, especially in the early hours, is fast-paced and knowledgeable, with employees like Cyrus standing out for their friendly attitude and upbeat energy. Many customers find the food to be fresh and delicious, and the coffee is often perfect. This location is always clean, and the service is quick, making it a great place to grab a quick breakfast. However, some reviews mention that cleanliness can be improved, and there have been instances of waiting longer than expected for a toasted bagel. Despite this, the overall experience remains positive, with many customers enjoying the kind staff who remember their names and orders, and planning to return for their favorite breakfast sandwiches and bagels.
