Ask for some of the whipped topping part of the gelato and get an entire lesson on why they don’t offer any part of the toppings. Completely ridiculous and rude. Your customers are paying for your product. It gets made daily. Why refuse something so simple to someone paying you for the product you offer. Customer service should be considered no matter what and not a debate on something like the top of the gelato-

My favorite gelato place in St Petersburg. After spending a month in Italy American gelato was just not appealing. This is the one Helato shop I have found in St Petersburg that can give me the taste I am looking for.

Paciugo in St. Pete was fantastic! I tried the Cookies & Cream and their award winning flavor, and both were absolutely delicious. The ice cream was rich, creamy, and full of flavor, with high quality ingredients that really stood out. The shop was clean, the staff was friendly, and the overall experience was excellent. If you’re looking for great ice cream in St. Pete, this is definitely a place worth visiting. I’ll definitely be back!

Amazing! I had the Regolare & got 4 flavors. The Lemon Sorbet was sooo good but very, very sour. Hibiscus also delicious! Lots of outdoor seating in the heart of a scenic stretch of St Pete. The line was long but moved incredibly well. Highly recommend!

Great place to visit

We couldn't have asked for a better addition to our wedding day! The gelato was an absolute hit with our guests and added such a fun, memorable touch to the celebration. From the very beginning, the team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. We received so many compliments throughout the evening about how delicious it was. The presentation was beautiful, and the staff was friendly, efficient, and helped create a wonderful experience for our guests.

this place is iconic

I have tried more gelato places I would like to admit and this place is by far my favorite. The variety, service , quality, flavor, prices and serving size far exceeds every other experience. You won’t find a better option in the area.

Awesome italian cafe. Good gelato, not too sweet and cozy place aswell. I do recommend checking it out!

There was no customers when I came in. Service is slow and decided to work on my to go order when family came in. That's why I don't tip when I line up.
