first Papa John's order after many years. The Pizza: we loved it!
But: the delivery was really really slow. The driver didn't take the direct route (6 minutes!) but took a more than 30 min detour. I ask him if he had other deliveries on the way. He said no (which is consistent with the real time tracking) and claimed the GPS suggested this route.
Papa John: you certainly need to improve here!
Customer service isn't all that great but the pizza and breadsticks were good.
