It took about half an hour to get the food after we ordered. We ordered the steak medium rare and it was served well done. When we paid the bill, the waiter mixed up the credit cards with the couple in the next booth. He gave each of us the other's credit card. We asked the waiter for a box, and he too so long we asked a passing waitress for one and she got it immediately.
This was the worse Red Lobster we have ever been to. So under staffed they needed to just close the doors in situations like this. There were more empty tables then people sitting at tables. Such a disappointment.
