A very underwhelming grocery store like sushi experience. I ordered the Rock & Roll and the Japanese Bagel rolls from the standard menu as well as created a custom roll. I wouldn’t recommend their set menu rolls. The Japanese bagel was so full of cream cheese you couldn’t taste anything else, and the amount of mayo on the rock & roll was nauseating. Rollbotto used to be a favorite Saturday spot, but prices have gone up and the food quality has changed. The service is incredibly slow and lacks authenticity, making it a challenge to enjoy the sushi. Despite the great food and atmosphere, the portion sizes are disappointing, especially for the price. The addition of a complicated order kiosk and inconveniently placed trash cans take away from the overall experience. The value for money has decreased, making it unlikely for customers to return frequently.
