The pool was the best part of the stay. It was clean and big. Location was great too! That being said, I requested a room refresh 2 times and did not get it. Had to call the front desk to remind them. The AC unit in the room was very loud. We stayed for 4 nights and had to call for toilet paper and towels. We found someone’s underwear in the top of the closet in our room. The amenities and location were great but the room and the service was not.
Gross rooms rust, no curtains, wood rot furniture, musty icky room. When notified manager he said, “I wouldn’t know I don’t go into the rooms.” Worth no more than $60 a night like any other 1 star resort. And you pay resort fee.
My husband and I stayed here for two weeks to visit I-Drive and Disney World. The rooms are average but modern with enough amenities. The hotel however does have issues with leaking onto the bathroom floor… we used a few towels to combat this. The cleaning service isn’t ideal but manageable. The pool and hot tub are highlights for the hotel and very nice, the heated element was appreciated in the night.
