Addobbo Wood-Fired Pizza is a restaurant in the Sanford area. On a first visit, guests are asked if it is their first time there, and everything needed to know when dining in is patiently explained. Guests can sit where they want and clean up behind themselves, so there are no waiters. The bar/counter area is clean, which is extremely important. The atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable, and all three people working there checked about the quality of the pizza. Another woman offered a to go box when guests were almost done, but they were not rushed. The bathroom is clean and nicely designed, too.
The pizza is probably the best you can find in Sanford area. The bianca and Margherita are light and well fermented. It is the best pizza in years, perfect, and crazy good. The burrata caprese is also available. This is the best tasting accident, 20 out of 10, out of all the pizza joints in the state of Florida. It is on the top 3 ever, and you definitely won’t find a better Neapolitan style pizza in Florida. There is an icecream parlor at the front of the restaurant. The head pizza chef cooks it perfect to your liking, every time.
