Akira Sushi & Steak House

I ordered a crispy crunch roll, escolar & scallop sushi.
The crunch roll was falling apart but had a decent taste. The scallop sushi was cooked and tasted like imitation scallop - very rubbery and off on the texture. Escolar was put next to the crunch roll (which is deep-fried) so it was hot. Overall, I will not be ordering here again.

Super fun night out with the family and food was delicious. Super convenient location versus going to Altamonte, huge plus. Thanks!

I will be 100% honest if you get the all you can eat, the presentation may not alway be on point. That being said the taste is so good you won't care. I love getting AYCE as it offer so much diversity in the tastes and experiences for the food. I come here twice a month and it is WORTH every dollar. The staff are also kind and attentive.

For its size, this is a nice spot to get Asian cuisine. Your choice of ordering from the menu, a buffet or hibachi style food.

Good was good. Service was ok. The place was actually nice. The biggest thing was as we were walking out we saw a little critter crawl along the floor. Unfortunately we won’t be going back again. There’s other places that offer sushi with much better service and atmosphere.

What a great experience for a party or group. Excellent for business or casual, love the live chef at the grill. Excellent parking and located at the end of the plaza.

Stop saying your food includes tobiko. It has been at least a year since I've gotten one fish egg on any order I have placed. So tired of being disappointed.

Had an early dinner around 6:30pm. Beer was served with a non frozen dirty glass which was unappealing. The food is decent to good. Service is impersonal and feels distant. Very weak Asian Japanese atmosphere. Just plain western pop music. Boring, unstimulating atmosphere overall. It’s very HOT and uncomfortable in the restaurant. A/C does not cool well and I found myself sweating.
For the money you are better off eating at nearby Yabi Sushi or Maru Sushi. Or perhaps just coming for the hibachi experience in the evening.

Ordered kids steak and hibachi chicken dinner had no flavor or seasoning. Everything was bland. Sushi was okay.
