Food was great , a few hard fries but the chicken tenders and biscuit were amazing . When I was going to the restaurant I thought they were closed because all of the outside lights were off (3:40 am).I had an online order and picked it up in the drive through . The worker at the window didn’t give me my orange juice until I asked for it, they claimed it wasn’t on the receipt so that’s why she didn’t know . What does this receipt say?? I believe it says orange juice…. Bojangles fails me again with customer service .

Bojangles is hands down worth the drive every single time. I make an over 30-minute commute just to eat here on a weekly basis, and that alone should say everything. The food is always fresh, hot, and consistently good—never once have I been disappointed. What really stands out, though, is the staff. Every employee I’ve interacted with has been kind, welcoming, and professional. I’ve never experienced a bad attitude or poor service here, which makes the experience even better. Between the quality of the food and the consistently positive service, this location sets the standard. If you’re wondering whether Bojangles is worth going out of your way for, it absolutely is.

Christian was absolutely outstanding. His service was above and beyond what we expected to recieve today. Being so close to Christmas, we kind of expected a worn out worker, but he was cheery, friendly, and showed genuine care for us. It was refreshing and delightful. The food, as usual, was delicious. Who can resist the biscuits, the flavorful chicken, or the super tasty ranch!? The dining room was quite cold, which is why I marked the atmosphere as a 4 instead of a 5. Overall though, the experience was far better than we anticipated and we will definitely be revisiting... especially if Christian is our cashier.

The boy at the drive thru window doesn't know how to operate the cash register. Imagine telling a customer you don't know you've never tired it so I'd have to pay with my card . Just lazy . The food is never read my you always have to park . I had to wait 22 mins for a chicken sandwich.. no fries
