This one has been the worst Bojangles for years. 75‰ of the time my orders are cold and or wrong. Some of the team members don't know their chicken! It's supposed to be their specialty! I suggest the Bojangles down the street, that's where I go👍

The absolute best Bojangles I’ve ever been to!Consistently delicious fast and friendly. I use to drive a truck and have eaten at many Bojangles. This is by far the best I ever had!!!

First of all, i visit this store frequently. Sabrina is a sweet heart. Before the burn down, the staff was great but now it feels they are more involved with the community.
I took my daughter to Princess night where i met the Marketing Manager Samuel, Samuel went above and beyond, danced with the princess, made sure all the parents were okay, and greeted all the princesses at the door with prizes and coloring books.
I will be back for the next Princess Night, it is great to have a night where we can spend it as family, at a place where we feel welcomed and loved

Gave it 2 chances but bad experience on both times.
First, ordered through the drive-thru and they told me to pull-up to 2nd window to pay. After pulling up they told me they don’t have my order on the screen if I could go back around to order again.
Second, ordered bochicken sandwich combo through drive-thru and they told me to pull off to parking spot to have it walked out to then wait 20 mins and never get the food then another 10 mins for a refund.
Love that Bojangles is in Florida!! Customer service was excellent and the chicken is the best you can get anywhere! Plus Bo Berry biscuits , need I say more🤩🔥

They don't offer the normal.menu. No bone kn chicken AND NO MASH AND GRAVY!?! The chicken was bland. They have to be skimping on spices too. The biscuits were flavorless. Corporate needs to look into this location.
