Food was great , a few hard fries but the chicken tenders and biscuit were amazing . When I was going to the restaurant I thought they were closed because all of the outside lights were off (3:40 am).I had an online order and picked it up in the drive through . The worker at the window didn’t give me my orange juice until I asked for it, they claimed it wasn’t on the receipt so that’s why she didn’t know . What does this receipt say?? I believe it says orange juice…....

Store #0020255. Ladonna [cashier] was amazingly friendly. The establishment was clean but coooooold [ac was uncomfortable]. Many patrions were mentioning it and not just us. Is it a tactic? Bojangles is hands down worth the drive every single time. I make an over 30-minute commute just to eat here on a weekly basis, and that alone should say everything. The food is always fresh, hot, and consistently good—never once have I been disappointed. What really stands out, though, is the staff. Every employee I’ve interacted with has been kind, welcoming, and professional. I’ve never experienced a bad attitude or poor service here, which makes the experience even better....
