Group of ten adults and 1 toddler- had 2 staff for table-very nice
Meals came - french toast burnt- see what was scraped of to eat- the grilled chicken breast charred- not ordered that way

I ordered a Thanksgiving heat & serve full course meal.
We picked it up on 11/26/25. Everything we ordered was there and it ALL tasted delicious and the price was right. This is about the 5th time we ordered this heat & serve we are very pleased with it and we’ll be ordering it again next year.

Exceptional Service for Our Early Morning Thanksgiving Breakfast!
I want to give a huge thank you to Amanda and Jason, the managers at this Cracker Barrel, for going above and beyond with our Thanksgiving Breakfast order. They pulled everything together with less than three business days’ notice and even rallied their team to have our order ready for a 5:45 AM pickup because our meeting started at 6:00 AM.
When I arrived, the team was already prepared and the food was boxed up and ready to go. That level of organization and dedication tells me they were in the building around 4:00 or 4:30 AM just to make it happen. That kind of service is rare.
On behalf of my team at Sunbelt Rentals in Sanford, FL, thank you so much for your hard work, professionalism, and commitment to great customer service. You helped make our morning a success!

At 5pm did not gave chicken and dumplings. Had to change order. It took waitress 20 mins to tell me no dumplings. Order breakfast. Pankcakes cooked to long burnt on edges and tough. Bacon and sausage cooked too long. When received bill still had chicken and dumplings on bill. She had to go back and redo bill. Not good time.
