Zain was amazing! This was my first time at Culver’s, and he went above and beyond to make it a great experience. He took the time to walk me through the menu, gave thoughtful recommendations, and made sure I felt confident in my order. His positive attitude and genuine helpfulness really stood out and turned a simple visit into a fantastic experience. I’ll definitely be back—especially if Zain is working!

Got my order wrong and missing items i call and speak to manager and returned to get my missing items they bring out bag with supposedly with everything that was missing and I check bag and again missing items needless to say no quality control at this location and staff is just as incompetent as supervisor. At least McDonald's gets my order right when I eat there

My wife and I went to Culver’s for lunch today and it’s always been good in the past, but today was different. This time, I had the pleasure of being served by Zane. I didn’t know what I wanted to eat, so I just asked what his favorites were and I told him that I would have that. He asked me a few questions about what I liked and didn’t like. He then suggested that I try the Spicy Crispy Chicken Club, but with a twist. He likes the sandwich with a burger patty on it as well. This seemed like an odd combination to me, but after a few bites, it turns out that it’s a great combination and I really liked it. He also suggested the Wisconsin Cheese Curds, also very good. 😋 Seems to me that Zane should be working in product development because he has great taste. I don’t know Zane or his parents, I just know if he was my son, I would be proud. He took really good care of us today. 😁

So tonight was the third time the drive threw didnt correctly bring out my custard order. I haven’t reviewed the past two since I thought they were one offs but now we have a pattern.
I ordered two different size concretes and they were different flavors one mini and one medium. First time they came out they tried giving me three minis. I told them this wasn’t what I ordered and they were trying to give me someone else’s order. They went back in brought in another order and both were made incorrectly and I showed the receipt of what they were supposed to be.
Not sure why this keeps happening here, specially when I only multiple custards.
