The worst Dunkin on the planet. customer service 0, Food quality 0, employee's attitude 0, THE MANAGER 0, Just went there again to try and get a Sparked Energy drink. They tried to charge me $5.00 signs all over for $3.00 The guy sat there and said no you can't have it for $3.00, I don't care about the signs or the add on the website I'm not doing it. Then he poured the drink out and said leave the store, we don't honor Corporate specials, we just use the signs to get people in here. Starbucks opens right next door in 3 weeks, I can't wait...

On this day 3/23/2024 at approximately 10:45AM. I entered the dunkin Donuts on 3768 S Orlando Dr, Sanford, FL 32773. An injury occurred to a manager in charge. The drive-through started to back up. And the customer line was out the door. As I'm standing in disbelief, an associate named Clarissa Robinson yelled out. We are short-handed with no manager. But we have to serve our customers, so everyone, let's make this work. Within 15 minutes, they emptied out the lines and apologized to the customers. The customers were impressed with this staff. Dunkin' Donuts, keep up the good work. Impeccable customer service.

I don’t think I’ve ever been to such ghetto, terrible environment of a Dunkin donut in my life. Not even at the airport the service was this bad. Had me waiting for over 10 minutes in line where no one else was behind me and kept ignoring me giving out free donuts and food to I guess employees family members and children? I shoulda known it was gonna be a horrible experience when I walked into the store and one employee just screams at me “NO CASH CARD ONLY” and then they start laughing like? After those 10 minutes they finally “take my order” and they don’t even have what I was waiting for. Literally waste of time and gas. Dunkin get it together. This is awful. Never again.

Worst Dunkin of all time, I was outside and they wouldn’t take my order for 20 mins. So I walk inside; and they switch to leaving me wait by myself for 10 minutes while they take drive through

Service is a hit or miss today it was a mess. It is a mystery to me why this Dunkin is so badly managed. The popular items advertised are rarely available. I honestly can get over all of the attitudes and lack of supplies. Working in the food services is straining and unpredictable. But what I cannot get over is these ladies nails ? long and not covered. That is disgusting and should not be allowed in any food service facility. Shame on the owners for getting into a business that they obviously know nothing about.

Thank God the building of Star bucks next door...... If you want to wait 20 minutes for a simple cup of coffee 1st in line at the counter come to this place, I can't believe there's six people working all don't have a clue, you go to the drive-thru so they can tell you to pull up to the front and then never bring out your food,I CAN'T WAIT FOR A NEW COFFEE SHOP IN SANFORD
