Cashier didn't listen to our order, was rude and disrespectful, and her braids swung around near the open donuts. Made my drink the wrong size and when I mentioned it, she got pissy. She remade it the right size but didn't even bother to make it right so it just ice. Never had such a problem with Dunkin in my entire life. Do yourself a favor and just go to a different Dunkin location, save yourself the headache and frustration
It's always a pleasure coming here. The staffu is super friendly and always looking to go above and beyond.
The ladies who work here are easily the nicest Dunkin’ Donuts people that I’ve ever run into and make it so much easier than some other stores do when it comes to getting your order right just general disposition and kindness, so always appreciative of them!
