We had a complicated order, and they were patient and accommodating with our order.
We went as a party of five to this Dunkin and ordered some breakfast. Already a pretty lousy start when the young lady serving didn’t greet us and barely looked at us while ordering. While my food came out right, three out of the five of us got the wrong item. This is the second time now that they’ve messed up our food, and it almost feels like they’re just slinging up whatever food they have. He was so helpful to me and patient ! I was trying the cookie butter latte for the 1st time and was so excited bc of all the hype! It was really good and the customer service from JAYSEN was outstanding! Absolutely wonderful person ! If I could give 10 stars I would !
