Honestly if i could give this place a ZERO I would. I went in nobody was welcoming. the girl that took my order was very cold I couldn’t even hear her. I ordered a “grilled cheese” that was not grilled it was bread slapped on cheese. Very cold and bland. THE WORST PART IS NO GLOVES??? Nobody cared to wear gloves and they made my sandwich bare handed. I am absolutely disgusted if this place. if i was brave enough I would’ve gotten my refund. do not go here.

Bathroom is always nasty employees never clean up the right way. the manger drops food on the floor (croissants too be exact) and still serve them too customers the whole building Is disgusting Always short staff & staff is never on time too work . They make bagels and what’s left over at the end of the day they serve it for the next day PURE DISGUSTING ? I wouldn’t let my dog eat from there . Restrooms Is always nasty and smells, after employees come from taking a smoke break, they do not wash their hands .

I can’t rate the food as nobody ever came to the counter to even take my order after waiting for 5 minutes. I finally just walked out. Even the people (I saw at least 4) that saw me standing there didn’t even acknowledge me, say hello or we’ll be right with you. I worked in the food service industry for many many years and I know what customer service should be. Nobody cares anymore or takes pride in providing good customer service. It’s a shame
Had a donut and coffee. Creamers were bad and curdled in the coffee. Crumbs all over the counter, tables were not wiped off, Ladies room had no toilet paper, Sweeteners and sugars and napkins were not refilled . Someone's not doing their job here!

Too busy, lack of staff. Could not wait to be served. Left location without ordering. Besides there was a lack of donuts on rack. DD located in Sanford on SR 46 just east of I-4.

Made me pull up to wait for my breakfast food, had me sitting in the parking lot for over 15 minutes. Went inside after I seen other people waiting and going inside too. No order in sight. I ended up leaving without the food that I paid for. I will NEVER set foot in a Dunkin again. Terrible terrible customer service!!! Stop making people pull up to get the rest of their order. There should be no reason you can’t handle a simple sandwich order. It was one sandwich and an order of the mini bagels. 15 minutes seems more than excessive for that. Dunkin’ is always trash, this is just my last straw! This is exactly why people pay the extra $1 to go to Starbucks.
