Dunkin' is a popular coffee shop known for its tasty specialty coffee and pleasant atmosphere. The employees are friendly and attentive, though the donut selection may be limited at times. Customers appreciate the efficient service and the helpful staff, with one barista named Alex providing great customer service by assisting customers in choosing donuts. However, some recent experiences have been disappointing, with reports of incorrect orders and rude behavior from staff at the Drive-Thru. Despite these issues, the location offers a standard selection of coffee and donuts, with consistent quality and usually quick service. It is a reliable stop when in need of a fast snack or drink, but customers have advised caution due to occasional poor service.
