I would like to share my experience today. Today I woke up and I didn’t wake up in the best mood, my day was looking grey and black and white. So I decided to go to Dunkin to get a latte to see if it could get my spirits up, when I pulled up to the drive through I just had a feeling this latte would be different. The girl who helped me was so so nice I decided to get a donut. When I finally had a sip of my latte I finally realized…life is worth living. This is the best latte...

They appear to have a new manager the guy running the drive thru and helping the cashier was on top of his game. Speaking to every customer making sure everyone was taken care of quickly. I even heard him mention to an employee to smile. Years of going here I think they have someone in place to help turn that location around. Many people pass and go to Chick-fil-A cause of the long long lines I suggest putting out a sign saying under new management to increase your sales . Quick...

We stopped going to Dunkin because of the service but today we decided to give it a try in this Dunkin and it was even worse than all the previous experiences that we have had. we want to share that this place that are ordering correct completely from 7 items 4 were Incorrect and the person who took our order in the Drive-Thru was actually very rude and very mad even though it was their mistake. We just wanted to get what we ordered. I really recommend nobody to come to this place...
