The people that work there are rude and seem very uneducated. I know they work at kfc but still. The bald lady that works the cash register.. all I gotta say is, ghetto. ?

RUDE AS HELL people in the drive through. I ordered online. Pulled up to the window said I hade a mobile order. Was told to drive up. I pull up and the lady is like it’s not done yet. I said okay that’s fine. So she says I don’t know what to tell you, it’s not done so just park and come inside. I said I’m okay with waiting. She started shaking her head and and said IT IS NOT DONE YET we cant give it to you just pull around, park your car, walk inside. I said I have a baby in car, I have no problem waiting or even pulling up. She said whatever just go up there. I pulled up to the door area in front of the drive through. I KID YOU NOT, 30-40 seconds later another employee, a young girl, comes out and hands me the food.

$20 bucket, it says eight pieces, two breasts, two thighs and twi drum sticks, and two wings, and I got two drum sticks, and the rest was all thighs so I won't be going back there I'll go to churches chicken from now on

Last time I'll be ordering from this location.
They can never get one order right.
This is the 3rd time this has happened.
Most recently.
I ordered 12 piece leg & thigh mobile. Picked up my order got home they gave me an 8 piece variety.
Tried calling the store for 25 minutes no answer.
Went back and the lady at the counter said best I can do is give you 2 legs 2 thighs. Asked why no one was picking up the phone, she she shrugged her shoulders and said " I ain't hear no phone ring"
Come on KFC. Do better.

Very pissed off, that kfc no longer has the 16 piece Tender meal, they have lost me as a customer, my daughter always bought the 16 piece bone in meal and I would buy the 16 piece Tender meal with all the sides, now yall can stick it

Employees just stand there talking to each other completely ignoring people at the register. It's their way of forcing you to use their crappy self-service ordering kiosks.

One of the best fast food experiences I’ve had in a long time. The kitchen was spotless (you can see it from the register), AC was nice and cold, everything was good, hot, fast, and fresh. The dining area was clean and organized, and they gave us everything we needed with utensils, napkins, and sauces.
Marion, one of their staff was incredibly welcoming and spoke to us at length about enjoying keeping things clean and even checked in with us halfway through our meal. Our interactions with her were some of the most pleasant we’ve ever had. Thank you for what you do!

On the evening of July 27th, at around 9 PM, I visited the establishment. The woman working at the window expressed her gratitude for my patience, explaining that they were short-staffed. Despite the challenging circumstances, she remained incredibly kind and composed.

I don't know what is happening with the large fast food chains that have completely lost respect for their consumers, hiring managers who do not have the slightest ethics or knowledge of how to run a business. Or are you as a company that don't care and hire anyone even if they don't have the knowledge to manage? shame of you KFC!
This KFC is new, the service is terrible! and the employees but especially the manager (the one who was in charge on June 25, 2024 at 4pm) are terrible!!! They don't have the slightest idea of what they are doing or the slightest idea of how to treat their consumers, if they don't take action quickly this store is destined to fail.
This afternoon, June 25, 2024, I placed an order online and the system told me that the order would be ready at 4:50pm.
My husband and I proceed to get into the restaurant and notify the employee that we have an online order to which he tells us that it is already in the system and will be ready soon and gives us the beverage, that was at 4:53pm.
At 5:05pm I got up to ask about the status of my order to which the employee told me to give him a minute and left. The employee returns at 5:16pm 11 minutes later, and not only me was standing there since 5:05pm, there were two more people waiting to be served.
He asks me how he can help me and I tell him that my food should have been ready at 4:50pm and it's already 5:16pm and nothing .
He process to leave again and another employee comes to tell me that they don't have breasts and the other employee was supposed to have told me, to which I told him that no one informed me.
Long story short.... he didn't give me any option in the situation because I placed the order online and they can't refund my money and he dares to tell me that if he gives me the cash back I would be stealing from KFC! !! beautiful response from the manager!!!
I ask him on several occasions what can be done to solve the problem since they don't have my food and he can't give me the money back either, to which he answers that he can't do anything. And I have to complain to the KFC app.
I insist if there is another solution, it was already 5:30pm, we had been there for 40 minutes and nothing! and my husband and I only have breakfast in our stomachs!!!
In the end he tells me that he can give me a leg or wings instead of the breast that I paid for, to which I tell him; But are you going to give me a single leg or a single wings for a breast that is twice as big? and he answers yes since according to him the breast and the leg and wings has the same price.... I tell him at least 2 legs for each breast to replace the size but he said NO.
Anyways… today KFC in Sanford on state rd 46 had us waiting 40 minutes for a food that they didn't have and apart from that they keep our $18.60.
And now I clarify; I understand the rules of buying in the app to buying in the store, I know that the refund would be with the app etc etc etc. The issue here is that you have a manager who has no idea how to deal, manage, but above all resolve conflicts and is not prepared to explain the tools that you provide to your clients.
