I ordered 2 famous bowls they said they only had enough for1. I get the one bowl there is no chicken on it . Mind I opened the food at my house . When I asked for my refund she had an attitude and said she would've ate that . Why would I come to Kentucky fried chicken to order a famous bowl with just mashed potatoes and cheese .. they already didn't have corn . I don't feel valued as a customer and I am unsatisfied with the service

Dec 2nd- this is ridiculous and needs to be addressed! I ordered BBQ wings and got hot & spicy! My order is all wrong! And I'm very upset with KFC on so many levels! I tried to call and nobody answers the phone! **** SO IM SAYING THIS NOW DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE THROUGH THE APP BECAUSE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR NONEY AND NOT ANSWER THE PHONE TO CORRECT IT! I ordered 3pc all wings original recipe and I got 2 thighs and a leg .... It doesn't make sense! The order was simple and they intentionally gave us what they wanted us to have! To further insult to injury ... I went back to have my order corrected and they were out of wings? So I asked for my money back and when the lady gave me my money she drops it in my hand and my change fell onto the ground and ask that's how you fell about the situation? Shr says ... What your change fell oh well have a good night sir and slams the service window in my face! So rude, unprofessional, lack of customer service! I don't recommend anyone to eat there at all and they haven't been open two weeks yet!

After a long day decided not to cook. Stopped by and got 3 piece tenders meal and chx sandwich. We'll the tender were gross like rubber. Fed them to the dogs. Pretty disappointing. The sandwich was okay
