When I came in to pay for our order today, it looked like there had been a mix-up, and I honestly panicked a little because I couldn’t afford to pay for three pizzas — especially when one didn’t appear to be gluten-free like my original order.

Before the situation could even become stressful, Alexis stepped in with such kindness, patience, and professionalism. She helped sort everything out quickly, corrected the order, and made the whole experience smooth and reassuring. I was so grateful for the way she handled everything that I happily tipped the team.

Then to top it off, when my daughter wanted to add a drink afterward, Alexis kindly gave it to us on the house.
