Been here twice. Was unable to order…twice. Short younger girl has been nothing but rude and nasty both times.Whenever she sees anyone walk up, she shakes her head and acts very annoyed. This is two completely different occasions. She greeted my family with “what’s up, what?”Uh idk, you’re open and there’s no signs that say we can’t order or be greeted. Maybe work on your customer service skills, possibly explain you don’t order through a person. Will not be back.

Not sure what happened here but it seems like there is a new owner. The pizza is very different from the last time we were there and previous visits about a year ago. We got a pizza last week and it was larger, with flatter crust, and more of a New York style. The sauce was thicker and more heavily cooked. In short, it’s not a Neapolitan style pizza any more and the quality was not very good. Crust was burned too.

Went in at 8:20pm on monday aug 7th after seeing that the hours say its open till 9 but the woman behind the counter said they were closed and she spent the next 40 mins (we got food from the seafood place next door so we sat nearby) taking to maybe a friend who was just standing at the other side of the register. Maybe edit the hours if you guys close early so we don't waste time driving over.

By far best pizza we’ve had in Florida yet. They use fresh, clean, healthy ingredients and you can definitely tell in the high quality taste of the pizza. Great service, short wait time, and fantastic atmosphere. We will be coming back!

Simply phenomenal, probably the best pizza I’ve ever had. The vegan options are top notch and most of all the ingredients are simple. Everything was extremely fresh, owner was more than accommodating. Wish I had a picture, but I ate too fast! Thank you!

Today was my first time having Oak Flame Pizza and it was delicious. I had the vegan pie, a variety of mushrooms, vegan cheese, and raw spinach. I also had the Brussels sprouts. The chili oil was light and the seasoning was perfect. I enjoyed the food and the customer service was A+!

This is the best pizza place in town if you want to eat dirty pizza all of the employees are unsanitary besides the employee that works morning and lunch that seems to be the only person who is very friendly and knows how to make a excellent pie. All of the employees have no clue what cross contamination is. The staff looks to have not been trained properly based on the way they’ve dropped, Burnt, and tore multiple pizzas while I was eating my 12 inch piece of coal with extra red sauce and no cheese. I hope you don’t have any questions because the tall lanky Adam Levine looking guy “owner” that’s also drinking on the job will gladly ignore you or curse at you while he touches trash then proceeds to grab a hand full of pepperoni and eat it

I have been to Oak Flame Pizza a couple of times, I had their vegan pizza and quite enjoyed it, but I am not vegan but am highly allergic to dairy, so I was thrilled to find this place that had vegan cheeses as an option. This weekend I was really craving pizza, but there aren't any pizza places by me that have vegan cheese. I drove an hour just to have the cook yell at me about trying to change his recipes because I asked to swap the cheese for the vegan cheese. He told me to do it as a make your own, I was frazzled and trying to decide what to do on the make your own since the ingredients what were part of the pizza I tried to order were not on the make your own list... and this man continues to yell at me.I ended up just leaving. I will not financially support such terrible customer service. Also I was passing by on my way to leave after eating elsewhere in Henry's Depot, and he is twirling a kid around in the kitchen, just didn't seem sanitary, who knows what's flying off of his shoes.I was so put off by this place and the behavior, I will not be back.

Another one bites the dust!Been going to this place regularly for years for their outstanding and customizable pizza. Service was great, pizzas were delicious. Not anymore. Probably a change in ownership as we didn’t recognize any of the usual staff.Went today to order four of our favorite pizzas. Staff initially ignored us. Then could not comprehend that I wanted a pizza without cheese - which you can even get from Dominos. And finally proceeded to make fun of me (‘so you want bread?’), and laughed at me. Arrogant, rude, obnoxious.Needless to say, when the pizza boy thinks disrespecting loyal customers is okay, then that’s not the place I’ll keep going to.We left without ordering and went elsewhere. Won’t be going back. What a disgrace.

Very disappointing as we used to really enjoy their pizza, but we went last weekend and the pizza was burnt, not cut and the new owner (said “he just took it over”) argued with my fiancée about it. He claimed “it’s a 1000 degree oven and if he remakes it, it will come out the same way,” as we’re showing him a black crusted pizza that’s inedible. He refunded the order but we didn’t bother having him remake it since he clearly doesn’t know how to bake a pizza.

(Our first visit) We built the pizza we wanted and asked for well done. When it was served it was worth a picture. We liked the owner and our pie. No complaints whatsoever.

My girlfriend and I wanted a cheese pizza, but the owner suggested something else we could try, so we went for it. We got the Duck, Duck, Brie! pizza, which was better than I could have ever imagined. It has flame roasted duck, garlic oil base, mozzarella and Brie cheese topped with thin apple slices. This was my first time eating duck so I was a bit skeptical, but those feelings quickly changed with the first bite. I definitely recommend this place for a quick bite for lunch!!!

Vegetarian options: They have a vegan pizza called "Killer Tofu."

Parking: There are many parking spaces around the building.

Had the Oh Shitake pizza. All vegan with coconut mozzarella. On fkn point to say the least. Great operation they have going and attention to detail and provide a service for plant based other than salad. Thanks ??
