we just celebrated our 30th anniversary at outback steakhouse in Sanford and what a delight! The food was out of this world. The staff were beyond out of this world very friendly, very helpful and very accommodating. The atmosphere was great. The cocktails were delicious. We can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our anniversary dinner. And they even brought us a plate of chocolate strawberries were two glasses of champagne, which was a huge surprise to celebrate our 30th anniversary! Thank you outback steakhouse we love you!

Thats why I have to keep my money going to Mom and Pop places that actually accommodate you. Sorry Outback but you could do alot better.

We had a catering order placed and the store owner Danielle went absolutely above and beyond for us! The food was amazing and she included extras for us. Her customer service was top tier. Service like that is hard to find. So happy I choose this location to cater my mother’s 60th birthday!

Understaffed for a Saturday night. Took too long to take drink order. Steak arrived without the side. Just meat on a plate. Said baked potatoes were not ready. Offered no steak sauce, etc. Had to ask. No follow up after the food arrived. Ordered a dinner that included entrees and desserts. Had to remind server of desserts. Just got them to go. Same with the baked potato. Next day, felt ill. Vomiting in the morning. Def not going back.

Ordered door dash around 730-8pm on Feb 25 2026. The cooks deserve raises, everything was cooked perfectly, you don't even get perfection when you eat in a restaurant sometimes, so for it be a 10/10 still, almost 45 minutes after being cooked, I am impressed. Good job.
There’s no way I paid $30 for this thru door dash, like no way ! Barely any meat in this dish. It came like this thru door dash!

Hubby and I visited this location on 2/05/26. We got there for an early dinner (around 4pm). Amy Cordrick, the server assigned to our table, was exeptional. She was friendly, upbeat, and great at her job. She offered suggestions on the menu, assisted with an issue with my drink and made sure all our needs were met. She is definitely the best server that we've had in a loooooong time. The food was good as always and enough to fill our bellies. The restaurant itself is clean and inviting. We will be back!

Had a much-needed dinner date with the hubby. It was fantastic! Service and food was great. Would definitely go back again soon. The only thing I wasn't too happy with was my filet mignon not being as tender as I would have liked.

One of our frequent go-tos. We love Outback steaks. They’re always perfectly seasoned and cooked. They also have THE BEST wedge salads. The service is usually a hit or miss at this location and sometimes the food can be a long wait, but overall, it’s a great dinner option. The past few times we’ve been there it’s been quite warm inside. Overall, I’d recommend and will be back soon!
