This is unfortunate that I have to leave a review when I've patronized this particular restaurant for yrs.Food was left on the ground in cold weather in which I did not choose that option. Yes I was accommodated with a redelivery and that food was greasy. Future reference to managers not to tell me I should carry out versus delivery because you all utilize doordash....not my problem.

So I ordered an Extra cheese New Yorker for $22. I have picture of my receipt and of the pizza. No extra cheese and maybe skimped on that. Sauce was non existent. I wish I was tech enough to add photos but I was robbed
Do not order from this store. My previous house location was perfect so I know that it’s not “Pizza Hut” that is to blame. It’s the employees of this location. And I’m not one to write a bad review unless it’s deserved. This location has failed my family 5 times IN A ROW as of tonight, And I don’t want a coupon or refund. I want people to stop ordering from this store so that corporate will shut it down and extend the delivery zones of surrounding stores or completely re staff it with new members. They are rude, argumentative, and do not care a single bit if or when you get your order. 3 times we ordered and paid for delivery and eventually had to go pick up our cold pizzas. One time we never even received our order. And tonight I called ahead and confirmed that if we ordered through their app they would deliver our order BEFORE EVEN ORDERING, we left our address and number just in case there was a discrepancy and then ordered at about 8:50ish. The order was supposed to arrive at 9:32. At 9:42 I got a notification that door dash was picking up my order. I didn’t order from them. And low and behold when my cold pizzas showed up at 10:10. The pizzas were the wrong size and my drinks didn’t show up our order was changed from medium pizzas to little mini personal pizzas and no stuffed crust(the only reason we prefer Pizza Hut is stuffed crust). So I called back because they have stolen enough of my money. And so I said that they forgot my drinks. She ask what did I want her to do…… deliver my drinks separately so out of spite I said yes that’s what I want. So they did at 10:40 a 2 hour process for the 5th time. I will never order from this location again. And in hindsight I should have read the reviews first, they are all true. I have experienced most of what has been said in the reviews for this location. Help me make a statement with your money and order somewhere else. Force this place to change.P.S. The Luke warm mini pizzas were ok.

It would be 0 if it could be. Managers hanging in the office instead of helping a really bad FOH. There was probably 8 ppl in this tiny area just waiting. A pizza even fell off the oven from how backed up it was. I waited 45 minutes after my pizza should have been done and still didn't get it. I finally asked for a refund, and that took 5 mins to accomplish, and my pizza still wasn't done. It's a joke. Save yourself the time and drive to a different store in the area.

I had to wait for over an hour and a half at the store to pick up my order, and even then, it wasn't prepared according to the instructions. The person at the front desk was rude and argued with me about accepting it. The service was terrible.

The order took one hour, incomplete & wrong food delivered. Food is thrown away garbage as meat was sent when ordered vegetarian. Waste of $50plus. No phone works & door dash replied inappropriate.

I paid $23 for 12 buffalo wings to be delivered to my house and they sent me 15 boneless which is more cheaper than regular wings.Very bad service.
They should be more careful with the food that other people are going to consume. We ordered food there and ended up getting food poisoning.

I had a bad time here ! This is my frist time here ! The lady who have short hair ! She didn’t happy didn’t help yelling and screaming hold time in the store ! I Oder pizza with 3 topping they keep said we don’t have it then I have to keep change 3 time keep delay me like 30-40 min ! Then my pizza have only 2 topping !so bad ! guy to be honest plz dont go this place !!!

We ordered 2 pizzas unfortunately they were out of 2 toppings on one pizza ( sausage and bacon) and 1 topping for the other ( sausage). They didn't inform us they were out just delivered the pizza normally.When I called and asked to speak with a manager i was not prepared for this interaction. The managers name was Jade and she was very rude. She informed me that they were out of the sausage and that there was nothing she could do about it they were busy and ran out if sausage and bacon. She proceeded to argue with me about getting it remade or a credit for the order since we had not received what we ordered. She said she would leave a note to have the morning manager review it to see what she could do you resolve the issue. Jade stated the manager came in at 10:30 am and would be giving me a call as soon as she had a chance to discuss.The following day after receiving no call I called the store and asked for a manager around 2:30 PM. The women who got on the phone answered saying " alright what's the problem " with extreme attitude. Her name was Angie. When I explained to her that I had been waiting on her call she said ' I don't know anything about that give me a second" and rushed off the phone.When Angie came back she said there's nothing she could do about but issue me another $5 credit, apparently Jade from the night before had added that to my account without informing me of such. Angie stated she would not be issuing me a refund or having my order remade correctly for me.I said that was unacceptable and Angie got very angry so I asked when the branch manager Margaret would be in tomorrow. Apparently the branch manager Margaret was on the phone sitting next to Angie and told her how to handle my situation.That's so disappointing that a manager, Angie would act this way directly in front of and with the approval of a store manager, Maraget.I would like someone from corporate to please contact me in regards to terrible experience.
