All we have around here are chain corporate, more bone than meat, super dry and not very flavorful. I’ve only ever had the ribs but they are the complete opposite of everything I mentioned earlier! So tasty I don’t even need sauce!
Pretty solid BBQ joint in Henry's Depot. I tried the pulled pork plate with two sides; baked beans & jalapeño corn bread. The pork was pretty good. Not the best ever but 4 starts strong. The baked beans were delicious, 5 stars. And I'd have to give 4 stars to the corn bread, as it was just a little dry. The dinner plate was $15+ tax and tip. I'd considering coming back, but am going to try Fuel BBQ in downtown area next before returning.
