Weakly brewed coffee. Flavorless. They are being careless. I order the same thing at every Starbucks, an iced coffee. This location tastes off. (GO TO THE STARBUCKS ON SUN DRIVE INSTEAD, THEY ARE CONSISTENT)

I usually get my drinks here and are amazing as well as some breakfast sandwiches. Today i ordered the mozzarella tomato focaccia and sadly the sandwich has not even a whole egg , one or two spinach leaves and two small tomato slices, i expected a better filling sandwich tbh

Placed a mobile order and found the drive-thru was totally empty, so I pulled up to the window to grab my drink. The girl was very rude and said “come inside and get it from now on as it’s easier for us”. There were literally 4 employees all standing around talking, and she had to walk 5 feet to pick up the drink and hand it to me. She was annoyed and rude over the fact that I asked for it at the window, when people do that all the time. Even when I thanked her, she gave no response and just walked away. Couldn’t be bothered whatsoever. The $9 drink did not taste normal either. Definitely will avoid this location. Starbucks usually has nice employees. Not the case here.

I stop in here quite often because of the location. This location is kinda a pain to get in and out of and the parking lot is super tiny. I find the checkout process is too long compared to any other fast food place. Please stop asking for tips in the drive through. It slows everything down and there is almost always a wait here which doesn't help the parking lot congestion.
