I always check the charge before I pay or go through mobile order, because they mess up the amount about a third of the time i come. Also, I don’t recommend using your stars here, because they don’t know how to enter in the stars for the upgrades, even when you specify you don’t want to use the stars for the free drink.
Drinks are mid and regular espresso tends to be burnt, but location is fantastic. If you have time or are headed to Lake Mary, I definitely recommend the Starbucks on Sun Drive- better drinks and I’ve never been charged the wrong amount.

For me, starbucks is not a place to buy food. Coffee sometimes, but I like their muffin. I got a falafel pocket that was the smallest wrap ever 🤣

I order the same thing at every Starbucks I go to. Vanilla sweet cream cold brew. This is the only one I go to where the coffee and cream isn’t separated. I have a suspicion that this store is skimping on the cold brew because this last time I went through the drive thru window I could see that the coffee had been filled to the fill line but already mixed with cream. Barista then proceeded to add ice and top it off to the top with the sweet cream. Every other Starbucks I go to the coffee is black coffee until the sweet cream is added at the end. Call me crazy but when you’re spending 6 dollars on a coffee one would actually expect it to taste like coffee not iced milk

I come to this location often and it seems I can never get someone to take my order people behind the counter literally see you standing there and keep doing what they are doing no greeting? no can I take your order? no how can I help you? do I need to come train your staff??

Consistently the WORST customer service. I have not met one single staff member with positive attitude. Everybody acts that they’re too important to deal with a customer, smile and be polite. This issue goes more than year in length.

I had the best experience in the drive-thru at this Starbucks, all thanks to Tiffany! From the moment I pulled up, she greeted me with such a positive and friendly attitude. I wasn’t sure what to order, but Tiffany quickly came through with the best drink suggestions. She recommended something new that I hadn’t tried before, and it was absolutely delicious!
Her attention to detail and willingness to help customize my order made the whole experience feel personal, even from the drive-thru window. Tiffany’s exceptional service, combined with her drink expertise, has made me want to return to this location time and time again.
Tiffany truly went above and beyond, and I hope her manager recognizes what an incredible job she’s doing!
