Worst experience i have had in a restaurant in a while. Such poorly trained staff. Service was terrible. Food was terrible. A general lack of caring by any of the employees. No silverware, had to find my own. I am sure this chain is good but this location has terrible management.

Very nice visit. Everything was perfect I had the 6 oz filet and hubby has a 12 oz new york strip. Cooked perfect. Our waitress was awesome and reminded me of Jade Cline from the teen mom franchise shows. She said I was like the 3rd person who told her that. She was just plain awesome. Wish I got her name so I could give her the recognition she so deserves.

NOT SO GOOD FATHERS DAY WE HAVE BEEN LONGTIME CUSTOMERS HERE .WE AS A FAMILY WENT TONIGHT FOR FATHERS DAY DINNER , AND HAD A NOT SO GOOD EXPERIENCE FOR THE FIRST TIME. FIRST WE WERE TOLD 1/2 HOUR TO 45 MINUTES AND WAITED FOR 1-1/2 HOURS TO BE SEATED , ONLY TO GET TO OUR SEATS AND SOMEONE WAS ALREADY SEATED THERE.WHEN WE WERE FINALY SEATED AND WE ORDERED { OUR WAITER WAS ZACK AND DID AN EXCELENT JOB } WE WERE SERVED A COLD BOWL OF CHILI AND THE WRONG SIDE ORDER ON ONE OF THE MAIN ORDERS . I DARE SAY THIS WAS A RESULT OF POOR MANAGEMENT . OUR SERVER/WAITER ZACK DID THE BEST HE COULD , BUT TOO MUCH ELSE WAS NOT WORKING OUT , AND MANAGEMENT HAD NO SYMPATHY . LONG STORY SHORT , WE WILL RETHINK THINGS BEFORE RETURNING .

Even though they were busy on a Saturday night, we had a very short wait. Our server was very friendly. Food came out quickly, and everything was just as we ordered

I ordered a rack ribs. They were really good, but my 2 sides. I ordered chili, I wish they had marked how spicy it was. The first and only bite, I took it was ok until I swallowed. As soon as I did, my mouth started burning. I had my husband taste it. He had the same experience. I ordered steak fries. They did not come until we were walking out the door. They offered us peanuts, but neither of us could eat those. The people right next to us sat down, and within a few minutes, they got rolls. We were not offered any. Other than that, the service was spectacular. Also, the potato skins were pretty hard. Too crispy.

Always great food. Went back the next day just to see Courtney again. The next time, after that, we had Alyssa. Both of these servers are wonderful and would go back just because of the service. Yet, we also had great food and enjoyed the atmosphere, too. My husband's Ribeye steak was cooked exactly how he requested, and it tasted very good. I have had the sirloin, and it is good too. Love the rolls and the baked potatoes. It is nice that every year, they give you coupons for Veteran's Day. The kids loved the hot chocolate!
