We have been to Torch a handful of times and each time it has been very pleasant. Staff has always been kind and friendly. We find inside very relaxing and its enjoyable sitting outside with your drink and cigar. Never had an issues with the cigars we choose to smoke. In fact, I'm glad they have the brands I like.
