There at 4:55 on a Saturday during an event downtown and they were closed not sure if this was an emergency but no note left. Hours say open at 4:00 PM

We have been to Torch a handful of times and each time it has been very pleasant. Staff has always been kind and friendly. We find inside very relaxing and its enjoyable sitting outside with your drink and cigar. Never had an issues with the cigars we choose to smoke. In fact, I'm glad they have the brands I like. Pricey, perhaps but the relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff makes up for that. We have made this a definite stop whenever we're in Sanford. Besides, we rather support local owners than larger cigar companies. Hope to see you there!
