I liked this place the first couple times I've visited. They're small.
But I've now experienced three different times when they weren't ready to do anything when I ordered.
There was one time my order was lost. They blamed the kiosk. Ok. Then fix the kiosk. (It's not fixed the weeks later.)
I'm typing this review 25 minutes after my order. They weren't ready again I guess.

I had been craving ramen for days, so after work today, I asked my boyfriend to take me somewhere to finally satisfy that craving and I’m so glad we ended up here!
At Yugiri Ramen Project, I ordered the Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen and it completely hit the spot. It was rich, flavorful, and perfectly spicy just the way I like it. The broth was incredibly well balanced, the noodles had the perfect texture, and every bite felt comforting and satisfying.
We also tried the takoyaki, and wow absolutely delicious. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and packed with flavor. If you’ve never had octopus before, this is the way to try it you’ll be hooked.
Overall, a wonderful experience. The food was outstanding, the portions generous, and everything was clearly made with care. I’ll definitely be coming back whenever the ramen craving hits again!

Absolute banger ramen, decent selection of Japanese drinks, and good appetizers. No nonsense ordering through a kiosk which is a plus for me. 30 min drive for me and I'd definitely go back.
This is the absolute best/most authentic ramen I have ever had in America! I will certainly be a repeat customer. Don't sleep on the spicy addictive cabbage!
