Just got food from the Sanford Location. I didn’t know that “burnt” was on the food description when I it came to the rolls for my sandwiches.
Went to store. Ordered meal. After about 20 minutes I inquired about order. Was told order had already gone out. Asked for owner phone number. Was told that I could not have the number. Manager said they would remake the meal. Now I am being asked to wait another 20 minutes for the meal. Asked if he would comp the meal. He refused. He said he would refund my order and we could go elsewhere.
