“We are on a girls weekend trip, we came across Pinocchio's Original Italian Ice Cream on our first night and it was so delicious that we had to go back on our second night. Our dinner plans ran over and we pulled in to Pinocchio's at 9:02pm. We were greeted by the sweetest employees Maddy & Talon. They let the five of us in and served us with a smile! We were in and out in less than 5 or so minutes. They made our night!! We made sure to tip well! We likely will go back for our third and final night on the island!“

“We had a reservation last night on arrival they said they had to cancel because the computer was down and could not take credit cards. We said we had cash, they then said it could be a long wait before we would be served as kitchen also relied on the computer. We took our chances went in and waited, eventually had a great meal ! Perseverance is omnipotent , from a mixed race party.“

“Well for starters the escargot, raw oysters, and oysters Rockefeller were out of this world. Both the red and white clam chowder were like perfection in a bowl. My entrée was the baked stuffed shrimp and hands down AMAZING. Our waitress was YO and she knew everything about the history of the restaurant to the menu. I was very interested in the collection of oyster shells on the walls and she explained that as well. TEN STARS !!! I recommend to anyone who loves fresh seafood and visits Sanibel Island.“

“As an Italian-American from New York, finding this pastry shop was a dream come true. We stopped by to buy some Italian cookies to bring to a family dinner, but instead we were pleasantly surprised to be able to have fresh cannoli hand made for us by the “Sweet Princess” of Amore. Ci erano deliziosi! Brava!“

“Found Barunch via The Festival of Lights. They did beautiful takeout boxes for us, and the Chopped Cheese and Chicken Caesar Wrap were both excellent! We have since dined in, and another wonderful experience. Only wish that they were open longer! :)“

“I had a plan to create an amazing birthday cake for my wife’s 50th birthday and the theme was Tropical Caribbean.

I used Chat Gpt to create a visual of the cake and I contacted Lady Cakes to see if possible that she could recreate the same idea and they went above and beyond to almost to a tee of what it was to look like.

The cake also tasted amazing and would highly recommend if your looking for that special cake to contact them.“

“I was there with 3 friends on 9/10/22. One of the best meals ever! Our server, Antonio, was wonderful. He took great care of us, made us laugh, and made us feel so welcome. Beautiful setting with the best view of the beach. Wish I could eat there every night, and have Antonio serve us. Grade A“

“I’ve been to this location three times now with my boyfriend and each time has been amazing. I didn’t catch her name, but the server with the glasses always provides amazing service. I can tell she works hard and she is very knowledgeable regarding the menu. The owner/cook in the back that runs out the food is also very pleasant and kind. Overall, very sweet staff and delicious food and drinks. Thank you so much! <3“
