“We are on a girls weekend trip, we came across Pinocchio's Original Italian Ice Cream on our first night and it was so delicious that we had to go back on our second night. Our dinner plans ran over and we pulled in to Pinocchio's at 9:02pm. We were greeted by the sweetest employees Maddy & Talon. They let the five of us in and served us with a smile! We were in and out in less than 5 or so minutes. They made our night!! We made sure to tip well! We likely will go back for our third and final night on the island!“

“We had a reservation last night on arrival they said they had to cancel because the computer was down and could not take credit cards. We said we had cash, they then said it could be a long wait before we would be served as kitchen also relied on the computer. We took our chances went in and waited, eventually had a great meal ! Perseverance is omnipotent , from a mixed race party.“

“Well for starters the escargot, raw oysters, and oysters Rockefeller were out of this world. Both the red and white clam chowder were like perfection in a bowl. My entrée was the baked stuffed shrimp and hands down AMAZING. Our waitress was YO and she knew everything about the history of the restaurant to the menu. I was very interested in the collection of oyster shells on the walls and she explained that as well. TEN STARS !!! I recommend to anyone who loves fresh seafood and visits Sanibel Island.“

“As an Italian-American from New York, finding this pastry shop was a dream come true. We stopped by to buy some Italian cookies to bring to a family dinner, but instead we were pleasantly surprised to be able to have fresh cannoli hand made for us by the “Sweet Princess” of Amore. Ci erano deliziosi! Brava!“

“Found Barunch via The Festival of Lights. They did beautiful takeout boxes for us, and the Chopped Cheese and Chicken Caesar Wrap were both excellent! We have since dined in, and another wonderful experience. Only wish that they were open longer! :)“

“We had our wedding cake made by LadyCakes and it was incredible! Everything went great from our initial cake tasting meeting to our actual cake the day of our event. The team at LadyCakes was so kind, knowledgeable, and professional! So many guests told us the flavor was absolutely delicious as well. Thank you Bess and Lindsey for a great experience :)“

“I was there with 3 friends on 9/10/22. One of the best meals ever! Our server, Antonio, was wonderful. He took great care of us, made us laugh, and made us feel so welcome. Beautiful setting with the best view of the beach. Wish I could eat there every night, and have Antonio serve us. Grade A“

“My husband and I tried the vegetable detox soup, a coffee smoothie, an immunity shot and a falafel wrap and it was all AMAZING! I highly recommend this spot for delicious organic plant based choices!“

“This is a delightful place for breakfast, lunch or a snack. I had a schwarma chicken wrap and my husband had a BLT. Both were delicious and came with a small and tasty salad. The coffee was excellent as was the orange&cranberry scone.
Veronica, the owner and her son Matt are in the kitchen working wonders. Destiny was our server today. Everyone was friendly and charming. The decor is very cute French cafe. They will soon celebrate the first anniversary of this lovely and welcoming place.“
