Ate there last night with my wife and two teenage children. Seated right away. Friendly greeter..waiter and staff. Fantastic wine list and specials. Lots to choose from on the menu. All pasta is freshly made along with everything that we ordered. Little expensive yes...but...totally expected and worth the money if your looking for a finer dining experence with fresh ingredents. Highly recomended and would diffently eat there again.
We have been coming to Il Tesoro for many years and it is always just (barely) good enough to get us to give it at least one more try. The food is just ok. The service is fine. The prices are typical. The wine list is pedestrian. The decor is nice. But nothing at Il Tesoro is particularly creative or memorable. Everything is just ok.

Hidden gem some of the best Italian food I've ever had. The atmosphere was amazing very quaint and comfortable. You could tell the entire restaurant was being run by family. I now have a place to go every time I visit Sanibel.
