“My friends and I have been coming to Sanibel for 24 years. This year was hard for me personally. Recently diagnosed with Alpha Gal a severe allergy to many things including meat dairy eggs and others. Already was allergic to gluten. I was afraid I wouldn't have food options on the island until I found The Sanibel Sprout. Their coconut bacon BLT saved my life and I went there 5 out of 7 days. The ladies there are amazing and they even have Bible verses painted on shells you can buy. I would highly recommend and just wanted to say thank you for taking such good care of me!“

“This was a colorful, bright, and clean place that was empty of patrons when we were there. I'm not sure if they get much drive-through business, but it was super quiet. We had three small bowls of ice cream, one with gummy bears, and the bill was almost $20 - so perhaps this is why.“

“I've been here a few times and always have great service and food. Haven't had something from the menu that I didn't like especially the surprise desserts. Our daughter loves the smoothie bowls and little play area. This is a nice relaxing spot for really good Vegan food.“

“Wow! Already so thankful to have any coffee shop on this end of the island, and safe to say I am pleased after my first visit! They have many gluten free goodies (cookie, brownie, rice krispie, GF and DF muffin, etc.) which I was ecstatic about!!!! They were pretty busy when we went, but seemed to handle it okay, there was just a bit of a wait. The staff was friendly and a couple ladies were SUPER informative when it came to the beans they sell and helped me out. Coffee itself was decent, and I will definitely return when I feel like splurging on a sweet treat. All in all, happy to have them on the island!“
