First day we went I waited about 20 min for a latte. The guy taking orders sat on his phone after all the orders were placed, leaving one guy to make a bunch of drinks. Second day service was much better, but pretty expensive-$18 for a small latte and sandwich.
We got a latte, hot chocolate, and two oatmeals. The latte and hot chocolate was good. The oatmeal was as plain as it comes, warm oatmeal in a bowl with a side cup of brown sugar. In all, the total was $38, which I thought was very overpriced.

View is good. Bagels were very good. We had an incorrect order that had to be corrected. Prices are way too expensive. $6 for an unsweetened iced tea. Staff appeared to be confused. Recommend you look for other alternatives.
