Three of us had dinner at the Sandbar last night. Our waitress, Fez, was beyond accommodating for one of our party members. We all agreed that my meal, boneless short ribs with a parsnip puree was the best we have had.

Absolutely amazing food! Got the New York strip, and it was perfect! Vegetables were fresher than anywhere I've been. Crème Brulee was also amazing! Great value considering that sides were not ala carte. Will be coming back!!!

First time trying and my shrimp scampi was amazing! Lots of shrimp. The sourdough was great and the wait staff was knowledgeable and very attentive! We will be back! So we want back 3 days later and got a ribeye and the strip. Both cooked perfectly and seasoned very well!

Food not so good, bones in salmon, rice is not the same as previous owners. I've had salmon there many times and never had bones before. Very disappointed, can we get Brian back?

First time dinning here. Service was excellent. They have a very good bourbon/whiskey selection compared to other local restaurants. It was the best Mahi I've ever had. It was cooked to perfection and was not dried out like most places. My wife had the scallops and she said they were the best she's had. We both had asparagus and it was also cooked just right. Would definitely come back.

The food was excellent, but the ambiance could be improved. Especially for the price, it felt like this should be a more premium dining experience. Location is good, a short drive away from beach and sunset views.

Dinner was great but service was not! Our server went home unexpectedly and out table sat for about 25 minutes before we were waited on! Then, the food took forever to come out! And my order was completely wrong! I was very disappointed! However, my boyfriend had a fantastic meal!

Having read some of the recent disparaging reviews we were hesitant to visit. All I can say is that those reviews were either the result of jealous competitors or disgruntled former diners. I tend to only review restaurants that are either very good or very bad, & boy is this restaurant good. My wife & I both ordered the dinner specials. She ordered the triple tail & described it as “melt in your mouth delicious “, while I opted for the short ribs which was sublime. We often choose to sit at the bar, as we enjoy meeting & conversing with others. We did so this evening & had some wonderful conversations with fellow patrons & John the bartender (who makes a mean cocktail).Delicious food, fair prices, good company. What more can you ask for in a dinner experience?
Everything was delicious except for my dad's steak which was under cooked and tough. My steak was cooked beautifully and cut like butter. Strong drinks. Delicious apps! The service was amazing and they graciously took my dad's steak off the bill. I think it was just a bad cut. Everything else was absolutely wonderful!
