Thistle Lodge recently reopened and the results are impressive. We had dinner with friends on Christmas eve. Wonderful beach view from the tables. All the staff were great and very accommodating. I ordered sea bass, my wife a seafood pasta, our friends ordered lamb and seafood. All were excellent. Definitely a wonderful experience.
REOPENED 12/22/2025. Exquisite dishes with masterful flavors: three enticing unique appetizers, saffron cioppino, Provençal shellfish in subtle lemon white wine garlic basil sauce, perfect rack of lamb with pistachio and mint, filet mignon, seared divers scallops on risotto, light buttery chicken alfredo, a nice vegetarian mushroom layered with roasted red pepper sauce, delicious specialty desserts. Angela and Jeremiah were hilarious- so welcoming, goofy and lovely. We just had a small snack but they kept us laughing the entire time and the view is incredibly serene. The area is the epitome of tranquility.
