Went here for Easter breakfast after church. It was our first time, and we'll definitely be going back. The food is really good (menu selection and quality), but the service is amazing. Great staff. Friendly, helpful and very attentive. We sat outdoors which was nice, but next time I think we'll try inside. Gouda Grits were amazing as were the chicken and waffles, but I'm a big Southern food lover. There are of course plenty of other dishes from which to chose if that's not your thing. If you're up and around early in the morning near Grayton Beach, this is the place.

We made an effort to return to Crackings since out last visit to this area was one year ago. We loved the food then and loved it again today. We both had their Huevos Rancheros...it is outstanding. Our service was excellent and the coffee is wonderful. We feel it is one of the best breakfasts you can eat in the area. Well worth a visit!

The Ambiance was nice with the music. The service was just ok. We had breakfast, the potatoes were very bland, some were over cooked. I ordered the daybreak scramble without the bacon, it was average tasting. We drove 32 minutes to eat here. Very limited menu especially for a Pescatarian.

Best breakfast/ brunch / lunch spot in town. Loved the avocado toast with gouda grits and the red snapper with grits as well. The strawberry and the pineapple coconut mimosas were both delicious. Service was friendly and excellent. Don't sleep on this spot.

This is one of my favorite breakfast spots in town. I always join the yelp live waitlist before arriving. It's so easy to use! You can choose to sit inside or outside here. During our recent visit in January, it was chilly so they had enclosed the outside sitting, added warmers and provided blankets for each table. We took the outside seating because it was comfortable. They had a live musician playing inside as well. Everyone is always so friendly here. Our waitress was great and service was fast. The food always hits the spot and the coffee is tasty. We come back every time we visit because they are consistently wonderful!

Wow! We were not disappointed. We came here on a cold and wet winter morning for brunch. We sat outside in the patio. There were heaters and blankets to keep us warm. There was plenty of parking in the shopping area, but also noticed that a couple of families parked out on the main road and walked (which I would have done if I had known). We got on the waitlist (found on yelp) and checked in as soon as we got there- it was packed there was a 20 min wait. You could order drinks while you wait or even sit at the bar. Our waitress was wonderful- she was very patient and attentive. We never had an empty cup of coffee/water. The food... WOWED. Everything we got was delicious- I was even eyeing the food being brought out for the other tables.... The chicken and waffles and the French toast looked so good! Honestly the snapper and grits surprised me in the best way. The flavors went so well together, it was truly a memorable meal!

I loved this place for so many reasons, but mainly because they have Mimosa flights. I didn't actually see it on the menu because I skimmed too fast, so I just ordered the blackberry Mimosa. But when I return, I'm getting the flight! They have fridges filled with Mason jars of their mimosas and they have at least 5 flavor options which all sound amazing. The blackberry one was so good! And yes, you can take the rest to go in your Mason jar. You can even just order them to go. I got the croissant beignets which were so tasty and flaky, a combo I've not experienced before. Served with Honey. I also ordered the popular grits, which turned out to be the best decision I made in 2024 so far. Highly recommend. My son cleaned up his whole chicken and waffles order. Everything was yum, and I was so impressed with it server. She was busy but on it and often checked in on us. Very personable; I wish I caught her name. We sat at the bar and she wore glasses. This place was awesome!

We are locals and eat here often along with always recommending to everyone. Due to life, we had not been for a few weeks and returned yesterday for brunch. I had missed it and realized I have never left a review. Crackings is 5 stars with exclamation points!!! The food is excellent (we probably have had everything on the menu) along with the service which is friendly, efficient and on point. I enjoy the different flavors of the mimosas and my husband always comments on the quality of the coffee. Their bacon Gouda grits are in my dreams. :) There is live music performing in the outside dining area each morning. Dogs are welcomed with a treat from the kitchen. Be sure to get on their waiting list through Yelp...or you will be forced to enjoy a Bloody Mary/mimosa/coffee and listen to good music while you wait for a table.
