If I could leave zero stars, I would. Tried to get ice cream here before 10pm and they were closed, regardless of their hours saying they were open until 12am.

The hours of operation are wrong. It says “Open til 12AM”, but they closed the doors at 10PM and locked the doors. Wouldn’t count on them. So many other ice cream places around.

This shop was insanely busy. Long waiting line. But it went fairly quick. All hands on deck! Staff was friendly and helpful in spite of being so busy. Ice cream flavors are limited but good. Smokey Mountain Fudge and Chocolate Chip Mint were my choices. Had more flavors of gelato. It all looked yum. Give them a try. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

If one is to look at just the ice cream itself, then this would be a 5-star review. Genuinely amazing, and the combination of different flavors and toppings made this a wonderful experience. Another positive is that when I originally got in line, there were around 50 people and I thought I was going to have to wait for at least 25 mins, but it happened to take only 9 minutes, so I was very impressed with the efficiency of their service. My one complaint is that when my friend and I asked for no whipped cream on our ice cream, she forgot and put it on. This usually isn’t a big deal, but when we asked her to take it off, she proceeded to get ice cream all over our spoon handles and on the side, which I felt was intentional. Besides that, I loved the place and would recommend it to anyone.

Dont let the line out the door stop you! I felt bad not knowing what I wanted with so many others behind me - and great options to choose from, but the sweet girl Emily answered my questions with a smile and gave me some great suggestions (that Brownie was SO good - & the raspbery/lemon combo was delish!) Being able to walk right back out into the heart of seaside was perfect. We will be back to Heavenlys!

Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN BECAUSE OF THE SERVICE. The high school girls working there were MISERABLE and SO RUDE. DO NOT GO HERE. I simply asked for a sample of the ice cream and the girl with brown hair working rolled her eyes and was genuinely mad. It was insane. Never going here again and a waste of my money. So disappointed.
