Discreet and almost passed it up. They do 9 beer flights and may be a bit much. The Chicago dog is very good.

Great selection of beer choices and the beers are done very well! My wife and I were quit pleased to find a brewery of this quality especially being from Beer City USA (Asheville), we have a high standard and this place hit the mark!

Great place! We stopped in for a first time visit and were very impressed! They have a great selection of beers, including sours, ciders, and even some wines. Menu included light bites (hot dogs were amazing). Outdoor seating as well. Highly recommend!

Wow! Idyll Hounds feels like a brewery ripped straight from the midwest. I'm talking about breweries found in IL, Wisconsin and Michigan. That is the best compliment I can give because I believe they make the best beer! The stouts and porter were very good and the ipa's are more than singular dimensions. I'm getting huge wafts of dry hops and complex mash bills. I didn't try any of the sours but all of the stouts porters and typicall ipas had very clean fermentation with low off flavors. Nothing seemed off flavored or stressed in a bad way.
