They still hosted us with every bit of professionalism, execution & visible joy for what it is that they do. Such a lovely, delicious evening with Will and his team. The food was the perfect mix of well executed quality ingredients, interesting twists, but with a fine dining comfort food feel that is very approachable. Will sources all of the ingredients with care and clearly puts as much love and care into his dishes and the whole experience. We had a lovely dinner to celebrate our anniversary. Impeccable (and approachable) cuisine cooked to perfection. Delicious flight of wines that we wouldn’t have tried or found on our own — the pairings and stories made the meal even more delicious and memorable. Stellar service by two engaging servers. Appearances by the chef with stories highlighting the background and regional aspects of each dish. We were entertained, wined, and dined. Can’t wait to return.
