Cute little Airstream in Seaside where we got a All American grilled cheese. One of the last shops to close down, the service was fine, and the grilled cheese was phenomenal. It took a while to be prepared, but after taking the first bite, I could tell why... They cook that grilled cheese low and slow, getting the exterior of the bread nice and crispy while leaving the inside light and fluffy. The cheese steamed up all gooey. My only regret is not getting a picture of the cheese...
The food that I got was really good! As someone who's GF, I did get sick after eating here so I believe there was some cross contamination. But the food was absolutely delicious, and it's such a cute area to hang out in!

What a cute stop along 30a. Who doesn’t like a gooey gelled cheese! We stepped out of our box dnd got the Brie and fig -split it with chips and it was enough. If your hungry a full sandwich is good! The Brie was so smooth and lots of fig spread made it savory/sweet!
